By using the ATravelGuide app (the "App") you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the app

The App is for personal travel-planning use.
The content you create (guides, photos, notes) belongs to you.
You agree not to use the App for unlawful purposes or to upload content that infringes the rights of others.

2. Premium & payments

The Premium plan unlocks additional features through a renewable subscription.
You can cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
Where required by the platform, purchases are processed through the corresponding app store or payment provider.

3. Travel information & third parties

The App helps you organize trips but is not a booking service. We are not responsible for errors in travel information, nor for third-party services (flights, hotels, etc.). Always verify details with the official provider.

4. Account deletion

You can delete your account and associated data at any time from Profile → Delete account.

5. Changes

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the App or the law. The current version will always be published here.
