These Terms govern the use of ATravelGuide ("the App"): the mobile app, the desktop app and the website atravelguide.app. By creating an account you accept them. How we process your data is explained separately, in the Privacy Policy (atravelguide.app/privacy).

ATravelGuide is for planning trips: creating guides with their stops, days, accommodation, transport and activities, saving photos and videos, preparing your packing, generating PDFs and sharing them.
It is not a travel agency or a booking service. We do not sell flights, hotels, cars or tickets, and we do not act as an intermediary in your booking. When you reach a provider's website from the App, you contract with that provider and under its terms.
What you create —guides, texts, photos, videos, notes, packing lists— is yours and stays yours. By publishing or sharing it you give us permission, free of charge and for as long as it remains published, to host it, adapt it to the format of each screen and show it within the App to whoever you decide. Only for that.
You may not upload content that is unlawful, offensive, harasses other people or infringes third-party rights —including photos of people who do not want to appear—, nor use the App to send unsolicited advertising, impersonate someone or for illegal purposes. You can report or block another user from the App. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules; except in urgent cases, we will warn you first and you will be able to explain yourself.
Ratings of guides and places are the opinions of whoever writes them.
Artificial intelligence features are paid for with "coins". Every account starts with a few free ones and you can buy more.
Right of withdrawal. Coins are digital content delivered immediately. By buying them you give your express consent to their immediate delivery and accept that, as a result, you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal (Art. 103(m) of the Spanish General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users). If the purchase was made on the App Store, refunds are handled by Apple under its rules. None of this limits your rights if the feature does not work as described.
Itineraries, texts, suggestions, image recognition and automatically created guides may contain errors. They are a starting point, not verified information. Always check opening times, prices, entry conditions and any information your trip depends on.
The weights the App suggests and the per-bag limits for each type of transport are approximate values. What counts is the scale at the check-in desk and the conditions of your ticket. We are not liable for surcharges or rejected bags.
Agencies and creators with a professional account can build guides for their clients, send them, present proposals and charge for them.
Some booking buttons lead to partner websites. If you book through one of them we may receive a commission, at no cost to you. That commission does not influence what the App recommends to you.
Maps, weather, place details, parking spots and transport data come from third parties (such as OpenStreetMap) or from other travellers and may be out of date or incorrect. The App is not a GPS navigator: when you navigate it opens Google Maps or Apple Maps. You decide where you park: check the signs and local rules. We are not liable for fines, towing or damage from parking where the App showed you.
If you log a parking spot, that point (without your name) goes into a list that other travellers can see. Do not log private spaces or the place where you live.
In a date poll, everyone in that guide can see everyone else's answers.
The App, its design, its code, its brand and its texts belong to us or to those who have licensed them to us. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use it in accordance with these Terms. If you downloaded it from the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies to anything these Terms do not cover.
We work to keep the App available and to preserve your content, but there may be interruptions, changes and features that are withdrawn. Keep a copy of anything you cannot afford to lose (you can export your guides as PDF). To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or for travel decisions made on the basis of information in the App. None of this limits the rights the law grants you as a consumer, nor our liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
You can stop using the App and delete your account whenever you want. We may close an account that seriously breaches these Terms, warning you unless it is urgent. If we ever shut down the App, we will give you at least 30 days' notice so you can download your guides; coins purchased and not spent will be refunded proportionally.
If we change them significantly, we will let you know in the App and ask you to accept them again before continuing. If you do not agree, you can delete your account.
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you can bring a claim before the courts of your place of residence and before the consumer services of your region. Before that, write to us at info.mytravelguide@gmail.com: almost everything gets sorted out that way.
